Who we are
Founded in early 2022, we’ve quickly earned a solid reputation within the Australian planting industry. Known for our experienced crews, high quality standards, and some of the most competitive pay rates in the country, we've grown fast and are continuing to do so.
We operate in all the major cities of Australia - Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and often working on remote jobs across the country.
What we do
Our main focus is in the civil landscaping industry. This means that we plant grasses, shrubs, aquatics, and mature trees on a range of jobs from bush-regen and environmental rehabilitation projects, through to mass planting on train stations, highways, new wetlands and parks.
We plant year round, so whether you’re looking to fill in time between contracts, or looking for a full-time gig, we’ve got you covered.
While the planting technique is still the same, the types of plants and the environments we work in shift from day to day, which keeps things fresh and interesting.

We’re leading from the front in the civil planting space with some of the highest piece rates in Australia, a competitive base hourly wage, plus generous compensation for your travel time and fuel.

We also provide all the training and equipment you need to get planting. So whether you’re a seasoned planter or a rookie just discovering the world of planting, we’ve got your back.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re especially keen to hear from experienced forestry planters looking for a change of scenery, but also from anyone who’s motivated, reliable, physically fit, and passionate about bringing nature back into our cities.
Whether you’re already in Australia or planning the move, we’re after people who are teamplayers, enjoy being outdoors, and are open to learning and growing,
You’ll need your own vehicle (job sites vary day to day and flexibility is key), a valid White Card and PPE (long work pants, steel-caps, gloves, etc.) to get started.
